Level Two is divided into 10 theoretical and practical lessons, each lasting two hours.

- Australia

- South Africa
- Spain
Within a region we will look at:
- Legislation and classification
- Geographical indication
- Grape varieties
Final taught lesson will focus on a review of the previous Level 2 sessions in preparation for the final exam.
