Hannover 16 marzo 2015. It was signed the agreement in which it is officialized the incorporation of Escuela Española de Sommeliers, founded in Barcelona in 1988.
The Spanish school will be part of the organizational structure of the European School for Sommeliers (ESS).
The deal, that took place in Hannover, was signed by Prof. Julio Cayuela, chairman and creator of Escuela Española de Sommeliers, and Arcangelo Tomasello, president of European School for Sommeliers.
It's a great step for ESS, that gives strength and spreads its brand in that Countries (like Mexico, Spain, Ecuador and Guatemala) where the school is present for 25 years.
The school, based in the city of Hannover, is born with one target: the school wants to promote and disclose high quality of food and wine industry worldwide.
ESS wants to consolidate this project with the acknowledgement and formation in the education of "good taste" style in the world of food and wine. In other words nutritional awareness, and culture of "drink less, but drink with quality!".
